• Question: All of the lights on a street have all gone out, nothing seems that no power lines have broke. What would you do?

      Very good question!

We’d need to look at how far the lights had gone out – if its only a street then its possible that a cable under the ground has got a fault and switched off, that would be fixed by the local electricity supplier.

If it’s a wider blackout – a few streets, a whole town or a whole country then thats where I’d come in! Again, you’d have to work out how far the blackout was and come up with a plan as to how to get the lights back on.

If it were a Black Start then there would be a lot of information gathering to see what had happened, and a plan would be carried out to make sure the lights (and heating if electric!) were back on asap!

      Hope that answers your question!
