      Not really no, sometimes it can be scary to be in a meeting with a lot of men, but also who are older and more experienced. It’s important to prepare well and be CONFIDENT! And then it makes no difference at all.

      Hi Razza – good question.

      I am one of few females in my team, but there’s no pressure. Male or female as long as you know your subject people will respect you. I agree with Roma – be confident in yourself and your abilities and it will all fall into place

      I don’t feel pressured – but I’ll be honest, it’s taken a while to get to that point. I think that’s a bit about self belief rather than being female!

      No one has ever pressured me because I’m a woman, it is all based on ability and if you can do something, and believe you can then male or females makes no difference!
