      Hi,
Cheese is very flammable!! Because it consists mostly of fat, it contains a lot of energy. This means it will burn very well if the conditions are right. There was a huge fire in a tunnel in Norway when a lorry carrying cheese caught fire. It burned for 5 days. Read more about it here http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-21141244

Another type of food that is dangerous is milk powder (like used for making baby milk). There have been some fires caused when milk powder spontaneously ignited during manufacture!

I don’t recommend you trying to set fire to cheese though – that would be dangerous!

      Rory
