• Question: Who was your role model when you were young.

      Hi Izzy,

      I had to older brothers, they were my role models. I wanted to be just like them… no infact i wanted to be better than them – so i became an engineer – to show that girls do engineering too 🙂

      I really looked up to my teachers, they were always encouraging me to do things that I found interesting!
      Perhaps the best role model was my mum – she worked from home and part-time while my sister and I were growing up and in an area where there weren’t many women at the time – so definitely an inspiration for me!
