Maybe there already are – look out! Just kidding!
In truth, I think so. We are getting very good at helping people with mobility issues by developing exoskeletons (support for movement from the outside of the body) so it’s only a very short step. I don’t think they will be called cyborgs though – that sounds too evil!

Possibly not called that – but yes!
As Rory said, bio-engineering had developed some seriously cool robotic inventions to help people with mobility issues, and also for developing robotic prosthetics – perhaps they’re not too far away!
